Star Yogesh Travels ("we", "us") provides chauffeur-driven luxury and premium car rentals in Chennai and selected outstation routes. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our enquiry pages at contact.staryogeshtravels.com and staryogeshtravels.com, and through calls and WhatsApp messages that start from them.

2. Information we collect

• Details you submit in our enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred car type, location, and any message you write.
• Details you share when you call or message us: pickup and drop locations, travel dates, number of passengers, and other trip requirements.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our page (for example, a Google Ads click), collected through cookies and similar tools.

We ask only for what we need to respond to you and arrange your trip.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotations by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To check availability, confirm bookings, and coordinate pickups with your chauffeur.
• To keep records of enquiries and bookings, and to resolve disputes.
• To understand how our pages perform and measure our advertising.
• To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
• To send promotional messages, only where the law allows and, where required, with your consent. You can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies, Google Ads and analytics

This page uses Google Tag Manager and may use Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, and Google Analytics. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions on our page (such as submitting a form) and to show our ads to people who have visited it. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this and other websites.

• the chauffeur or operations partner assigned to your confirmed booking;

We expect these providers to protect your information and use it only for the purpose we engage them for.

7. Where information is stored

Some of the services we use, including Google's, may process data on servers outside India. By submitting your details you understand your information may be handled in those locations under the safeguards those providers maintain.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to respond, manage bookings, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or securely dispose of them.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete your information where we no longer need it;
• withdraw consent you have given, or stop promotional messages.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children

Our services are for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date.
