1. About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Star Yogesh Travels through contact.staryogeshtravels.com, staryogeshtravels.com, phone or WhatsApp. By submitting an enquiry or booking a vehicle, you agree to them. The enquiry forms on our pages do not take payment; they only send us your request.

2. Our services

We provide chauffeur-driven luxury and premium car rentals in Chennai and selected outstation destinations, including weddings and special occasions, airport pickups and drops, corporate and VIP transfers, and family travel. All services depend on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

3. Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we tell you so and any advance payment we ask for has been received. Please give accurate contact details, dates, pickup and drop locations and passenger numbers, as we plan your trip from them.

4. Pricing and packages

Prices depend on the vehicle, package, destination, date and trip requirements. We will share the quotation, including what your package covers and any advance amount, before you confirm.

All terms of your confirmed package are included in the quoted price, and we do not charge anything extra on top of it. If you ask for a change to the agreed trip, such as a longer duration or a different route, we will agree it with you before it goes ahead.

A GST invoice is available for corporate bookings on request.

5. Payments

We accept cash, credit card, UPI and bank transfer. Advance and balance payment amounts and timing will be stated in your quotation or confirmation message.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

We do not charge any cancellation fee. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the advance or the full amount you have paid will be refunded to you.

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change a booking, so we can release the vehicle and chauffeur and, if you wish, move your booking to a new date. We will confirm the refund method and timing with you when you cancel.

If we cannot provide your booking, we will offer an alternative vehicle, a new date, or a full refund of the amount you have paid for it.

7. Vehicle availability and substitution

Photos on our pages are for illustration; model year, colour and features may differ. If your vehicle becomes unavailable (for example due to a mechanical or safety issue), we will inform you and offer a suitable alternative. We will agree with you before any change in vehicle category or price.

8. Customer responsibilities

• Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, and keep within the passenger limit of the vehicle.
• Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect, and do not smoke, consume illegal substances, or carry unlawful items in the vehicle.
• Tell us in advance about extra stops, itinerary changes, decoration or photography needs.
• Pay for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your guests, and for traffic fines caused by your instructions.
• Keep your belongings with you. We will try to return items left behind but cannot be responsible for them.

9. Chauffeur and travel safety

Our chauffeurs follow traffic laws and safety rules. Please follow their reasonable safety instructions and do not ask them to speed, break traffic rules or drive unsafely. Travel times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control.

10. Website information

We work to keep our pages accurate, but fleet, availability and prices can change. The quotation we send you is the price that applies. We may correct errors or update content at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the service as agreed. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic, road closures or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Third-party services and links

Our pages link to or use third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Google reCAPTCHA. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design on our pages belong to Star Yogesh Travels or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Car brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

14. Calls and messages

By sending an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about it. Please tell us if you prefer a particular channel or do not want promotional messages.

15. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version, with its updated date, will be on this page. The terms agreed when you confirmed your booking apply to that booking.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
